Hey there, music enthusiasts! Friday night, I found myself at Maloney's to catch a performance by Model Citizens. I had promised to make it to one of their shows, and I'm happy I finally did.

As I pulled into the parking lot, the beats of their music reached my ears, setting the stage for what promised to be an energetic night. Walking through the door, I was greeted by the ever-friendly Mike, my favorite bouncer. I grabbed a beer and ventured further into the venue and stumbled upon one of my volleyball buddies, who happened to be celebrating his birthday. It was a perfect start to the evening.

Making my way down the bar, I caught up with more friends. There's something about Maloney's that feels like a home away from home.

With the pleasantries out of the way, it was time to dive into the heart of the evening – the performance by Model Citizens. Crystal and Tito, were center stage, bringing an unparalleled energy to the crowd, making it impossible not to get swept up in the fun. The dynamic duo had the crowd engaged and enjoying every beat.

What made the night even more special was the presence of a number of fellow musicians from various bands in the area, coming together to support each other.  Shoutouts filled the air, creating a sense of unity and camaraderie that's truly heartwarming. Laughter echoed through the venue, making it clear that this was more than just a gig – it was a gathering of friends and music lovers.

Crystal, in particular, stood out with her genuine interactions, taking the time to connect with the audience both on and off the stage. It's this personal touch that sets Model Citizens apart, creating an atmosphere where everyone feels like part of the show.
