Rooftop Jumpers Bring the Energy Back to Appleton
Saturday night in Appleton had that unmistakable buzz again as the Rooftop Jumpers hit the stage at Kountry Bar. From the first guitar riff, the room was alive — fans old and new filling up the music hall, ready for a night that felt both nostalgic and fresh.
It’s been a bit since the Rooftop Jumpers have been out performing, but you wouldn’t have known it. The band’s chemistry was tight, the vocals were strong, and the vibe onstage was easygoing but electric. There were plenty of familiar faces in the crowd — long-time supporters mixed with new folks who seemed thrilled to watch the band live.
The evening rolled with great energy start to finish. The crowd was into it, singing along, clapping, and even jumping. That’s always the sign of a solid night — when everyone in the room is moving with the music.
A big thanks to Rooftop Jumpers for letting me hop on stage for a few shots to capture the moment (always appreciated). I’m not sure what’s next for them, but if you see their name pop up on a local lineup, make some time to go. It’s always worth supporting the musicians keeping Wisconsin’s live music scene thriving.
