Parker Johns in Menasha Carryout & Delivery.

We did carry out from Parker John's in Menasha Wednesday night. Parker John's is a fun bar & restaurant located on Main Street in Menasha. You can get here by boat as it is located right across from the Menasha Marina.

They have a fun vibe in this place and focus on BBQ & smoked food. We got an order of Mac & Cheese with burnt ends, BLT Pizza, and boneless chicken chunks. All of it was very good. My daughter loves the honey bbq boneless wings and I got the parmesan & garlic. They were good but I will get them as bone-in next time. I can live without the breading. Just my opinion. (side note: They were sold out of bone-in wings.) Just my opinion. These are so good you will find yourself thinking about them the following week. My wife enjoyed the Smokehouse Mac & Cheese with burnt ends. The burnt ends are a mix of brisket & pork in a Kansas City BBQ sauce. We all shared the BLT pizza. The whole family is a fan of this pizza: hickory-smoked bacon with fresh lettuce, diced tomato, and mayonnaise. It sounds strange but it works. When we stopped in they are doing some renovation and updates. I am excited to see how things are going to look.
