See all of the photos Saturday Night we went and grabbed some diner and got a call from friends asking us to meet them out at Northland Sports pub and grill. How can you pass that offer up when I knew the Take 2 Acoustic show was going on. We have been watching these 2 guys play since they were just young boys. They are some of the nicest guys you will ever meet. I always enjoy watching entertainers that really love their craft and these 2 do just that every time. It is always great to see them and to watch how much they have improved over the years. If you have not been to one of the shows. Get your butt in gear and get yourself out the door to listen to these 2 brothers crank out some awesome music from 70, 80 & 90's. They always seem up to a challenge so don't be afraid to ask for a song you love.

Blue Cheese Combo Band at Northland Sports Pub & Grill in Appleton
See all of the photos -Thursday night my Florida buddy let us know he was in town. He wanted to meet at Northland. So of course we headed out the door to see our friend. Get some food and listen to some music out on the patio. I have not got a chance to see the band Blue Cheese Combo. We got over to the patio around 6. Not too many people around and the band was setting up. We ordered the large sampler appetizer plate which was good. Cheese sticks, curds, onion rings, and chicken strips. It was enough we were not sure if we would order diner. But decided to try the Mushroom and Swiss burger again to see if it was good as we remembered. I am happy to say it sure was. Good food, Fun band, and some good drinks. Next time you are sitting at home on a Thursday night in the summer. Take off and go get a burger and listen to some music on the patio at The Northland Pub. You won't be disappointed. Here are the photos and video I made to share with you. That's What She Said Band at Northland Ave Sports Pub & Grill
See all 47 photos HERE ! We stopped out last night to Draft on the Northside of Appleton and stopped in quick to Northland Ave Sports Pub to check out the band That's what she said. We walked into a great group of people right up close to the band and the front door. We worked our way through the crowd and headed to the back of the bar. After getting some drinks we figured out why everyone was up close to the band. Seemed like just the monitor speakers were hot and they were blasting the front speakers with a few of the band members. You could not hear the singers very well. So in the back of the bar it was a mess for sound. I mentioned it to the sound tech and got told they know! I did sneak up and listened to the band. From what I could tell they seem to be a good band. Just had a bad night with sound issues. I plan on getting back out to see them again and than will grab some video to share with you. Overall service and drinks were good at Northland. I can't wait for the patio to open soon and get out to the great list of upcoming live music! The bar had a good crowd and Dustin worked them up the crowd and got them dancing. For those of you that have not seen or heard of Dustin Lee he is a local solo artist that covers all genres. Saturday night he knocked out allot of country hits. Take a few minutes and check the video out below I have put together from the night. As usual we had a good night at Northland Ave Sports Bar & Grill. The service was good and they are bringing on the music for all of us. But this band did a great job and was allot of fun to watch. Come to find out this 4 piece band is basically a family band. This Brother and Sisters combo brings a interesting mix of songs. See all 72 photos HERE - What a weekend! Stopped out to Gameday Sports Bar to watch the Packer win and see the updated bar. Impressive! It is hard to to believe it is the same bar. There is not a spot in the place you can't find a TV. Food was good, service was good, overall impressed. After the win it was time for some live music at Northland Ave Sports Bar to see Take 2 Acoustic show. Hard to believe we have been watching these guys play since they were teenagers. Some of the nicest people you will ever meet. These 2 guys did not disappoint as usual and played a great variety of songs. Overall it was a great night! See all the photos HERE - We headed out to Northland Sports Bar & Grill last Saturday night to go see the band 6 Pack 12 Bar. We walked into the bar and grabbed a drink at the inside bar and headed outside to the patio. A nice group of people and as you can see in the pictures. They had the tables all spread out to keep the social distancing in place. The band was rocking on the patio stage. This 3-piece band is out of Milwaukee and is a blues-rock power trio with a fusion of classic and modern blues. We had a great night listening to live music and enjoying a few good drinks.
