See the photos HERE! We made a run to Flagstone to meet some friends and watch the Back N Kickin band. The night started off rather soft. The crowd was pretty small at the beginning of the show. Within an hour the crowd had made it. There were sing-alongs, crazy beards, and some fancy dancing. Another good show put on by the guys. See the photos and the video. See the photos HERE ! Ohh the guys were tuned in last night! I stopped out to the Northland Sports Pub & Grill last night to grab a cold one and listen to the Kip Jones Band rock the patio. I am glad I did! This talented group of guys is always a good time. You can tell when people love to preform and that is very true with this band. Back N Kickin is a fun band that Playing all the music you love from the 80's, classic rock, country, and everything in between. It is the start of the bands on the patio at Flagstone Bar. They have bands through out the summer on the patio Thursday, Saturday and Sunday Nights! They have a great patio set up with a stage for bands. The food is always been good and they pour a quality mixer! Good prices and a fun bar. Make sure you get out to Flagstone for a night of good food, drink and music! That's What She Said Band at Northland Ave Sports Pub & Grill
See all 47 photos HERE ! We stopped out last night to Draft on the Northside of Appleton and stopped in quick to Northland Ave Sports Pub to check out the band That's what she said. We walked into a great group of people right up close to the band and the front door. We worked our way through the crowd and headed to the back of the bar. After getting some drinks we figured out why everyone was up close to the band. Seemed like just the monitor speakers were hot and they were blasting the front speakers with a few of the band members. You could not hear the singers very well. So in the back of the bar it was a mess for sound. I mentioned it to the sound tech and got told they know! I did sneak up and listened to the band. From what I could tell they seem to be a good band. Just had a bad night with sound issues. I plan on getting back out to see them again and than will grab some video to share with you. Overall service and drinks were good at Northland. I can't wait for the patio to open soon and get out to the great list of upcoming live music! The bar had a good crowd and Dustin worked them up the crowd and got them dancing. For those of you that have not seen or heard of Dustin Lee he is a local solo artist that covers all genres. Saturday night he knocked out allot of country hits. Take a few minutes and check the video out below I have put together from the night. As usual we had a good night at Northland Ave Sports Bar & Grill. The service was good and they are bringing on the music for all of us.
