I got a friend's invitation to see the Feed the Dog band at Bare Bones Brewery last Saturday. I have never heard of the band but I figured why not check out some original music. These guys write their own music and do a good job. We got there and the weather pretty much sucked. They had the band out under a tent. Overall a relatively small crowd was there. They had some things for sale in the back of the tent, and a few kids were running around. The band really has its own sound. The lead singer plays the violin. In my opinion, this adds a cool sound to any music. It was like Yani and Mumford & Sons got together. I really enjoyed them! But it probably is not everyone's cup of tea, which is not bad.
